| On calendar is always write how RBG event will work out, so to nobody can complain "i never get a slot".
We manage the guild for to everyone deserving a slot in RBG can really have.
Priority on Slot for both Rotation and Replacement system: we aim for better setup at first so to easy score victory, then we check for gear, guild rank, skill and attitude (basically we evaluate how far over the minimum required you are).
Rotation: same RBG event are planned for to give all a chance to weekly cap point over the arena cap; in this way we rotate 1 or max 2 slot every game.
Replacement: in same RBG event we aim to rating rank up, so we just pick player waiting to join if we need to replace or fullfill vacant slot\role.
Do not forget to read rules or thread about MINIMUM REQUIRED for RBG.
