| in last days we trying to go RBG, but people didn't show up in the time, or trying to sign up in calendar after the time, so rbg is called, we need to think how we solve this problem, I will be happy to see some suggestions from guild members. For know my suggestion to show more responsibility and start to sign up a day before, or 2-3 hours before, so raid leaders can make a decision to start rbg or not. Also people how not show up after they signed in calendar will punishment as -guild points, if we want to continue training and progress in rbg it's necessary measures.
P.s. sorry for my english
I will be happy to some suggestions

| I agree. People have to stop to log on and ask : Any rbg? We must use the calendar and be rdy at the good time to play. In HC PVE guild; people dont pop up and ask in /g Are we going to kill Ragnaros today? Personnaly; i'm full ruthless on Colas; and can wait next patch on Liloo to start to be geared, so if i'm going on rbg it will be to help the players who are serious ; and not people who ask for rbg when they dont even try to watch calendar or use guild roster to see many informations

| I completely agree, people definitely need to show more responsibility and start using the calendar on regular basis. HOWEVER, there are a few things that in my opinion prevent the proper use of it. For example, bull has said many times that if you put tentative you won't get an invite. I agree with this but also disagree. It makes everything easier, in regards to seeing who is going to be online, but it also puts people off, because as we all know unexpected things come up and we're not always able to be on wow for that time. BUT, 'tentative' is there for a reason - if i know i might be going out that night, i will put 'tentative' rather than 'signed up' because i don't want to be counted and then dissapoint everybody who is online. The problem is that tentative is not a satisfying option, which in my opinion makes people not put anything on calendar and just wait and ask when they log in. The lack of 'signed up' players therefore creates tension, as people actually ask and want to play but don't feel they can fully commit to the calendar. The other major problem in my opinion is stress, caused by things such as people not following orders and teamwork. Sorry if this is hard to read/understand, it's all over the place, but i need to go out in 5 mins and i still have to get dressed.

| To sign in calendar as "tentative" is very useful: we will know there could be a chance for you to ply and run. "Tentative" is exactly "Tentative", i will try to be up, but still i am not sure about. So... YES ! YOU CAN USE "TENTATIVE" OPTION TO SIGN AT CALENDAR.
As soon as you are sure you can ply switch from "tentative" to "signed up".
"Signed up" = will get inv "tentative" must switch to "signed up" for to get inv.
To use properly the calendar will make everybody to plan better wow plytime and RL issue.
If you still have doubt about the correct way to use calendar pls feel free to ask.
